Autopilot

After my last class today I stopped to pick up a copy of the New York Times. As I was walking back to my dorm I started reading the front page and kind of stopped paying attention to where I was going. It wasn't until I was in the middle of the HFAC that I realized I hadn't thought about where I should be walking in about three minutes and had no idea where I was. And to my delighted surprise, I was going exactly where I should have been. I'm glad my body can still take me where it needs to go, even when I'm not thinking about it.
