February Favorites

Another month is over, and it's time for my monthly favorites again!

Makeup

Revolution Vivid Baked Bronzer in Golden Days - I've been loving the shade of this bronzer. It's a great warm brown that adds just enough color to look like I've been spending a few days on the beach.
Maybelline Brow Define and Fill Duo in Soft Brown - This has been my favorite brow product I've ever used. The pencil side defines brows and the powder side fills them in. It's the most natural look I've been able to get, while still making my brows look presentable.
NYX Micro Brow Pencil in Chocolate- I've also been loving this brow pencil, on days when I want to have more filled, dramatic brows. It's small so it's easy to shape and create natural looking brows.
Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge- I've heard so much about beauty blenders, and I finally got one. And I am so glad I did! If there's one thing I hate, it's cake-y foundation. This does a great job of blending in foundation. It makes it easy to build up coverage in trouble areas, and provides really even coverage.
e.l.f Shimmering Facial Whip in Lilac Petal - This is such a light, creamy blush. It adds just a touch of color and shimmer, which gives for a nice rosy, glow.

Blogs

Jen Leigh Beauty - I grew up in the same neighborhood as Jen, and I've been really loving her new blog. She does makeup tutorials, and product recommendations.

How Sweet Eats- This has long been my favorite food blog. The recipes are amazing, there's a huge variety, and Jessica, the writer of the blog, is hilarious. This brown sugar pumpkin cheesecake with pistachio macaroon crust is a personal favorite.

Toby

A Cup of Joe- This site is such an interesting mix of topics, from styles to food to how to survive falling through ice. I always love the articles; they're a perfect mix of funny and informative.

Clothes

H&M Suit Pants - I've had a couple different occasions where I've needed to dress more professionally than I normally do, so I decided I needed some dressy pants, because (shockingly) I was tired of skirts and dresses. These are really nice and professional, but they have a pattern so they're not super stuffy.
H&M Black and White Stripped Dress- This has quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. It looks and fits great, it works for any occasion, and it's perfect for days when I just need to throw something on in a hurry.
Green Leopard Shirt- This shirt is such a fun pattern and great color, I've been wearing it any chance I could get.
