Spring Haul

Spring is such a fun, colorful season and I'm really excited that it's here. I've been doing some updating to my wardrobe, since warmer, sunny weather is (hopefully!) coming soon, and I thought I'd share what I've bought with you!

Boyfriend tees- I was in need of some new basic tees, and these were so comfy (and so cheap) that I ended up buying three. And I don't regret it at all. I can throw these on with anything, they look great, and I'm especially in love with the lavender one. It's a perfect spring shade.
Overalls- These were definitely my experiment purchase. I've thought about getting overalls for a long time, but I've never found a pair I liked, and I've always kind of doubted if I would actually wear them. But I decided to just go for it. And yes, these are technically girls' overalls. But they fit me in the XL size, and they were cheaper than the women's, so I thought "Why not?"
White Flower Button-up- I got this shirt at H&M. It seems like the perfect shirt for spring. It's long sleeved, but can be rolled up. It's also a pretty thick material so it will be good for windy or colder days. And I thought the pattern was really cute and fun.

Dakota Rhinstone Watch in light pink- This is such a great watch. It's a super pretty light pink with a mother of pearl face. It will go with everything, but it's got some color to it.
Hexagon Stud Earrings- I've been wanting some simple earrings that wouldn't be overwhelming, and these are perfect. They're a great mix of colors, and the hexagon design is interesting.
Hoop Earrings- Recently I had to say goodbye to my last, very well loved, hoop earrings. And I knew that I immediately needed a new pair, because I wear hoop earrings at least a couple times a week. These were the perfect pair- they're thin, and they're large, but not huge.
Gold Necklace- I've never been a big necklace wearer, but lately I've been seeing lots of people wearing really simple gold necklaces, and they seemed like something I would actually wear. And I found the perfect one at H&M. It just adds a nice touch to an outfit, making me feel a little nicer and more put together, even if I'm only wearing a tee shirt and jeans.

Perforated Smoking Flats- I feel like spring is the perfect time of year to wear flats, and these ones from Old Navy were so cute. I love the cut outs, they make the flats breathable, which is great for sunny spring days.
Black Flats- As I've been building a more professional wardrobe, I didn't really have an professional shoes that weren't heels. This were the perfect addition. I like the laces, the suede material, and they're really comfortable.

And that's it for my new additions! Let me know what your spring staples are!
