December Favorites

This has been a really fun month, and a busy one, so I've basically been living by routine. So all these favorites have been on repeat basically every day.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit- Contouring is something that has always intimidated me, so when I decided to try it, I wanted a kit that would be easy to use. This is an all powder kit, with three different contour shades, and three highlighters. The contours are light enough that they don't look too harsh on my very pale skin. And the highlighters are really pretty, especially the sand shade.
Stella McCartney Pop- I got a sample of this perfume in my Sephora play box, and it's quickly become my favorite scent. It's a great combination of floral and woody scents.
Estee Edit Dissolve the Drama- This is a makeup remover that goes on as an oil and then lathers up as its washed off. Normally I don't like oils because they feel too greasy, but this is just really smooth and soft. It's a super gentle cleaner, and it gets off any kind of makeup.

Black velvet choker- This is a really nice velvet material, it's a great thickness, and I love that I can pair it with casual or more formal outfits.
BYU jacket- I've been throwing this jacket on all the time. I love the bright blue color, and it's surprisingly warm. I got it from a store where you can customize jackets with different letters and patches, so I got my university's initials on mine.
Floral wrap dress- I don't normally like floral dresses, but I love this one. The black background makes it elegant, and I like the large floral pattern. Wrap dresses also tend to make me nervous because they don't always stay in place, but this one is really secure.

Quaker instant oatmeal- I've had this for breakfast almost every morning. It's super quick and easy to make, and on cold mornings it's nice to start the day with a warm breakfast.
Festive fir candle- Josh and I don't have room in our apartment for a real tree, so this has been the next best thing. It smells like real pine trees, but not in an overwhelming way.

It's been a fun month, and I'm sure next month will be great too. I hope you have a happy new year!
